Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment Policy

  • Reservations can be made online, via WhatsApp, or through our support team.
  • Payment can be made on the day of the tour directly to the driver or representative.
  • We accept cash and card payments.
  • All payments must be completed before the start of the activity.

 

2. Confirmation Policy

  • Bookings are considered confirmed only after receiving confirmation from our team.

  • In some cases, a deposit may be required to secure peak-time reservations.


3. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Free cancellation or rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the tour.
     
  • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in full charges.
  • If a booking is confirmed and the customer is not available at pickup time, it will be
    treated as a no-show.


4. Pickup & Timing

  • Pickup times are approximate and depend on location and traffic conditions.
  • Guests must be ready at the scheduled time. Delays may lead to missed tours without
    refund.


5. Health & Safety

  • Dune bashing is not recommended for pregnant women, elderly guests, or those with back, neck, or heart conditions.
  • All guests participate at their own risk.


6. Child Policy

  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  •  Special seating arrangements may apply for younger children.


7. Weather & Operational Conditions

  • Tours may be rescheduled or canceled due to extreme weather or government
    restrictions.
  • In such cases, alternative dates or refunds (if applicable) will be offered.


8. Liability Disclaimer

  • We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage during the tour unless caused by proven negligence.
  • Personal belongings are the responsibility of the guest.


9. Camp Activities & Entertainment

  • Entertainment shows and certain activities may be limited during Ramadan or due to
    government regulations.
